Read 1 Corinthians 10:23-11:1. How did Paul advice the church about deciding when to eat or not to eat meat that had been sacrificed to an idol? Which criteria stands out to you most? Which is the most difficult?
How do we know when a decision glorifies God? What process can we use to decide?
How did Paul’s decisions lead to the opportunity for more people to be saved? How do we evaluate that in our own lives?
Share a time when you sacrificed to help a non-Christian. Share a time when you didn’t. Compare and contrast the differences in your decision making process.
Why is it so hard to sacrifice our rights for others?

Take a moment and ask God how he wants you to respond. Is there a decision you are facing where Christ is asking you to sacrifice your rights for another? Take time to pray and use the 4-fold decision process to help you make a plan for action this week.
